1. Does the Community Association offer space to rent for parties?

Yes! We have three spaces available for rent to Brambleton residents:

2. What is the fee to reserve the community buildings?

Brambleton Community Center:
$75 per hour
4 hour minimum rental
$75 cleaning fee

Beacon Crest Pool and Clubroom
Clubroom Only Pricing:
$30 per hour

Clubroom and Patio Area Pricing:
$60 per hour
Minimum 2 hour rental

Pool, Deck, Clubroom, and Patio pricing:
$300/8pm-11pm, plus $155 for lifeguards
($21.50/hr. per additional guard needed, 1 guard per 25 people)

3. What are the hours that I can rent the community buildings?

The Community Center can be rented:
Friday nights from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m
Saturdays 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Sundays 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Beacon Crest Club room is available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Beacon Crest Pool can be rented on Friday and Saturday from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. during the pool season.

5. How do I pay for my rental?

After your reservation has been accepted, you will receive an invoice via email. You may pay online using a credit card or pay at the HOA office with a check made to "BCA". To avoid cancellation of your reservation, payment must be made by due date stated on invoice.

6. What is included in the rental fee?

The Community Center has six large round tables that seat about 6-8 people at each, 30 folding chairs and 3 large rectangle tables. There is also a small kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. Use of the media room is included with rental of the main level of the community center.

Beacon Crest Club room is supplied with a large table, chairs and mini fridge, and TV with Fios. The outdoor patio area has several tables with umbrellas, chairs, grill and fireplace.

Brambleton Corner Clubhouse has 16 - 60 inch round tables and 12 - 6ft, rectangle tables, and 160 stackable chairs. There is a caterer's prep kitchen with commercial appliances including refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave. This facility is outfitting with drop down projector screen, with Fios, Blue Ray DVD, and Bluetooth audio connections.
